In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate candy melts according to package directions until smooth. Spread onto a baking sheet in a rectangular shape.
Place three marshmallows in a line to form the snowman, followed by the pretzel pieces to form arms. Pipe a small black chocolate dot onto the lower two marshmallows, and an orange chocolate dot on the top one. Sprinkle bark with some white pearl sprinkles as snowflakes.
Place in the refrigerator for 20 or so minutes to set. Break into pieces and enjoy!
Let set completely (about 12 hours), break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Resist the urge to handle the bark or break it into pieces until it’s fully hardened (about 12 hours.)
Once the chocolate is set completely and broke into pieces, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, ideally less than 65ºF.
Properly tempered chocolate will keep for several weeks and doesn't need to be refrigerated, or refrigerate for longer.
