2sweet potatoes or yamspeeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2poundbacon sliceschopped into little squares
8ouncesfresh green beanstrimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
5clovesgarlicpeeled and lightly smashed
5fresh sprigs of thyme
salt and pepperto taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F. Lightly coat a large rimmed 15×10-inch roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.
