Place cookies, ice cream, milk, and half of the caramel sauce into your blender.
Blend on high until you get tiny pieces of cookies.
Pour about one tablespoon of caramel sauce on a plate, dip the rim of your glass into the caramel. Place the coconut on another small plate and dip the caramel edge into the coconut. Repeat with a second glass.
