Ingredients
8cupssmall cubed pretzel slider bunsdivided (see note)
1lb.cooked corned beefchopped
1cupfully drained sauerkraut
½cupThousand Island dressing
2½cupsshredded Swiss cheese
5tbspunsalted buttermelted
1tbspspicy brown mustard
2tspminced dried onion flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉. Lightly coat a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place half of the bread cubes in the pan, followed by the corned beef, and then the sauerkraut.
Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese.
Top with the remaining bread cubes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, mustard, and dried onion flakes. Pour over the bread cubes.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese has melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
