6oz.box strawberry jello(see notes)
6oz.box berry blue jello
4cupsboiling waterdivided
20.25 oz. envelopes unflavored gelatin
2cupshot water
14oz.can sweetened condensed milk
1tspclear vanilla(see notes)
Instructions
Dissolve each 6 oz. box of jello with 2 cups boiling water per flavor, then carefully pour into its own individual container coated with nonstick spray, using (ideally no more than 1-inch deep.)
Chill until solid, about 3 hours or overnight.
Once completely solid, cut each of the different flavors into small square cubes.
Coat a 9x13 glass dish with nonstick spray and add in the cubes. Gently mix the two colors together in an even layer (being very careful not to break or tear them.)
In a medium-sized bowl, add both envelopes of unflavored gelatin to 2 cups of hot water and whisk to dissolve. Let the hot mixture cool slightly and then whisk in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Let mixture cool to the touch (if it's at all warm, it could melt the Jello cubes and leave streaks.) Then evenly pour the mixture over the cubes of Jello.
Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Cut into squares and serve.

Notes
Any red jello works. Strawberry, cherry, or raspberry are all delicious with the berry blue.I use clear vanilla for this recipe to keep the sweetened white jello portion purely white, but if you don't care about that, regular vanilla can be used.
