2teaspoonsgrated fresh ginger
1/2cupfrozen sweet baby peas, thawed

Instructions
Slice the pork into thin bite sized strips (1 to 2 inches long.)
In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar, and rice wine vinegar. Add in the pork and toss to coat. Let marinate while you cook the noodles.
Bring a large pot of water to boil; add the ramen and cook until al dente, separating the noodles as they cook; about 3 minutes. Drain, drizzle with a little bit of sesame oil and toss to prevent sticking.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Hoisin sauce and water.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add in garlic and ginger; stir for 10-20 seconds until fragrant.
Add in the pork along with the marinade and cook, stirring, until it's almost cooked, about 2 minutes.
Add in the peas and Hoisin sauce mixture and salt and pepper to taste; heat through. Toss in the cooked Ramen noodles and gently mix to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve in bowls, making sure to get some of those peas that fall to the bottom of the pan! Enjoy!
