Ingredients
1 1/2cupscubed fresh pineapple
2/3cupplain Greek yogurt
Instructions
Place pineapple chunks in the bowl of a food processor; pulse several times until completely smooth and no pieces remain.
Add in the yogurt and pulse several more times until incorporated. (Mixture will be very liquid-y.)
Transfer to a measuring cup with a spout, for easy pouring.
Place molds onto a baking sheet (this will help transfer them to the freezer without spilling.) Fill the molds.
Place in the freezer for about 3 hours or until solid.
Notes
These are the silicone molds I used and I love them! (These treats are small. If you have large dogs, you might want to use different molds or adjust the serving size.)
Use fresh raw pineapple. AVOID feeding your dog the pineapple's outer skin or hard inner core - both are choking hazards. Also avoid canned pineapple, which has syrup and added sugars that most dogs’ digestive tract can't handle.
Only use plain yogurt.AVOID feeding your dog any yogurt that has artificial sweeteners or added sugar.
