This No Bake Chocolate Pudding Pie features a homemade Oreo crust and layers of chocolate pudding and whipped topping. Rich, decadent, easy to make, and no oven needed!

Ingredients
25whole Oreo cookies
5tablespoonsbutter, melted
2boxeschocolate instant pudding(3.9 ounce each)
2cupswhole milk
8ouncetub cool whip, thawed
1chocolate bar
Instructions
Place your Oreos into a food processor or blender, pulse until you get fine crumbs. Add in the butter and pulse until combined.
Transfer the Oreo mixture to a greased 9-inch pie pan. Firmly pack the mixture into the pan, ensuring you bring the mixture up the sides of the pan.
Place the crust into the fridge for 1 hour to set.
Whisk the pudding mix and milk together in a large bowl for one minute until the pudding thickens.
Pour half the pudding into the Oreo crust.
Fold half the cool whip into the remaining pudding. Spread the mixture over the top of the pie in an even layer.
Top the pie with the remaining cool whip.
Using a vegetable peeler, peel ribbons of chocolate over the top of the pie.
Place the pie into the fridge for at least one hour, to set completely.
Notes
Press the crust firmly into the pan. I like to use the bottom of a glass to help me do this. If the crumbs aren't firmly packed down, the crust will crumble as you slice it.Chill the crust. Don't skimp on the time to chill the crust or it will crumble when slicing.Be sure to whisk until the pudding thickens. This should only take a minute or so but you do want the pudding to thicken before you pour it.Chocolate ribbon alternatives. If you don't want to make the chocolate ribbons, you can either skip the garnish or sprinkle some chocolate shavings, sprinkles, or chocolate chips over the top.Try it with whipped cream. Homemade whipped cream can be used instead of the Cool Whip, if preferred.
