Mayo Ritz Cracker Chicken features seasoned chicken tenders in a sour cream and mayo sauce topped with parmesan and Ritz crackers. It's a quick and easy casserole with mild but delicious flavors and creamy texture that's loved by all!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire until incorporated. Spread half of the mixture in the baking dish in an even layer.
Place the chicken tenders on top of the sauce in a single layer.
Sprinkle the chicken with all the seasonings, then spread the remaining half of the sour cream mixture on top so the chicken is completely covered.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and crushed ritz crackers.
Transfer to the oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until an instant read thermometer reads 165F and the juices run clear.
Sprinkle with just a touch of chopped parsley and serve with your favorite roasted vegetable and/or side salad!

Chicken tenders. You can also use chicken breast cut into strips lengthwise.Ritz crackers. The crackers should be crushed, but still have some texture. Not big pieces, but also not fine crumbs like breadcrumbs.
