In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, salt and pepper, set it aside.
In a 12-inch oven-safe skillet, add in your oil, spinach, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until the spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes. Add the ham and cheese to the pan.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and briefly stir it to distribute the filling evenly. Allow the frittata to cook until the edges start to set, about 1 minute.
Place the pan into the oven and bake for 9-14 minutes until the eggs have set and look cooked through.
Allow the frittata to cool for 4 minutes, then slice and serve.
