Keyword: Garlic Bread Ritz Bits
Servings: 6cups
Ingredients
2boxescheese Ritz Bits(8.8 oz each)
¾cupbuttermelted
1tbspgarlic powder
2tspItalian seasoning
½tsponion powder
⅔cupgrated Parmesan
finely chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line two 9x13 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper (or one extra-large sheet pan).
If some Ritz Bits have separated, gently press them back into sandwiches so the cheese is tucked safely inside, so any exposed cheese doesn't burn. Pour crackers into a large mixing bowl.
In a medium spouted measuring cup or small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and seasonings. Pour over the crackers and toss to coat.
Sprinkle the parmesan over the top and toss to coat again.
Divide the buttered crackers evenly between the prepared baking sheets and spread in a single layer (it’s fine if some overlap.)
Bake 7-9 minutes until golden brown.
Garnish with just a bit of fresh chopped parsley.
Allow to cool completely before eating. They will crisp up and get crunchy as they cool.

Notes
To vary the flavor: swap Italian seasoning for a cajun or ranch seasoning mix for a twist.
