Ingredients
8ouncesmascarpone cheesecold
¾cupcold heavy whipping cream
⅓cuppowdered sugar
1½cupsstrong brewed coffeechilled
¼cupKahlúa coffee-flavored liqueur(for alcohol free, sub for more coffee)
32regular Oreo cookiesplus a couple more for grinding and dusting
Instructions
In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. (Don’t overbeat—the mixture should be soft and light with volume, but not clumpy.)
In a separate shallow dish, combine the coffee and Kahlúa.
Prep half of the Oreos by briefly dipping them into the coffee mixture on both sides quickly, making sure the outsides get wet, but the inside stays hard. (Don’t soak them or they'll get soggy and ruin the dessert.)
Arrange the wet Oreos in the bottom of a 2-quart (8x8) serving dish. Evenly spread half of the whipped cream on top of the Oreos.
Repeat layers one more time with the remaining Oreos, coffee, and whipped cream.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours (or overnight).
Right before serving, pulverise a couple Oreo cookies in a blender or spice grinder and sift over the top of the Tiramisu.
Cut into square portions and enjoy!

Notes
Swap in flavored Oreos (mint, golden, peanut butter) for fun variations.
Add a sprinkle of cocoa powder along with crushed Oreos for a more classic tiramisu vibe.
