Dessert Fruit Kabobs
Red, White, and Blue Dessert Fruit Kabobs are a quick, easy, no bake treat adaptable for any size crowd. Perfect for 4th of July or Memorial Day!

Ingredients

angel food cake
, cut into 1-inch cubes (<< that link is to my homemade recipe, but store bought is fine!)

small strawberries
, stem removed, cut in half across

blueberries

vanilla candy melts
48 (6-inch lollipop sticks) or 24 skewers cut in half
Instructions
Thread 2 pieces of strawberries, 3 blueberries, and 2 cubes of cake onto each skewer, alternating between each one and ending with a blueberry.
In a small bowl, microwave the candy melts according to package directions until smooth.
Place finished skewers on a cutting board and drizzle with the chocolate.
Transfer to a platter in a single layer and refrigerate until ready to serve.
