Instructions
Coat a 5-quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Add to the crockpot in layers: the peanuts, almond bark, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and toffee bits. DO NOT STIR.
Cover with the lid and cook on low for 1 hour. DO NOT STIR.
After an hour, stir the mixture until the peanuts are completely coated with the melted chocolate. Continue to cook on low, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes for an additional hour. Turn off the crockpot.
Line a couple large baking sheets with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon-sized cookie scoop (or spoon), drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment paper, leaving space in-between. Sprinkle with festive sprinkles and sea salt, if using, before the chocolate hardens.
Chill in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes to fully set. (Or let stand on the counter at room temperature until set, which will take longer.)
