Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer to a shallow casserole dish or pie plate.
Slice the challah loaf into 3/4-inch thick slices. Soak as many slices you can fit in the custard as possible for about 4 minutes, flipping once. (Repeat with the remaining bread slices while the first batch is frying.)
