Black Forest Sundae

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cherry preserves
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries , thawed
  • 3 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup cubed brownies (or chocolate cake)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate , chopped
  • whipped cream , garnish
  • cherries , garnish

Instructions

  • Place the cherry preserves and cherries into a small mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash the cherries into the preserves.
  • To 3 glasses or dessert cups, add one scoop of ice cream. Top the ice cream with some of the cherry mixture, brownies, and chopped chocolate.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, a couple cherries, and a brownie chunk. Serve immediately and enjoy!
