It's hard to believe these Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts are made with only 3 ingredients, because the taste is a sweet and savory flavor explosion! They're an easy, fantastic appetizer or side, perfect for a dinner party or even weeknight dinner since they're ready in just 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Slice bacon strips in half.
Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on the brussels, then carefully wrap each brussels sprout with bacon, being sure to overlap the edges slightly.
Brush or spoon maple syrup over each bacon wrapped brussels sprouts and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the bacon is golden brown and brussels sprouts are fork tender.
Serve and enjoy.NOTE: even though bacon is salty on its own, we still like to salt the veggies for more flavor. Feel free to omit, if preferred. But we recommend not skipping the pepper.
