Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
Place the wonton triangles in the basket in a single layer, not touching. (You'll need to work in batches.)
Spray the tops with olive oil spray. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt (or seasonings of your choice.)
Air fry at 350°F for 3-4 minutes (check at 3 minutes) until lightly golden and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool before eating.
Enjoy on their own, with crab dip, sweet chili sauce, or any of your favorite Asian dishes.
Notes
A 12 oz package of wonton wrappers typically contains between 40 and 50 wrappers. I use the Nasoya brand. If youdon't want to use cooking spray, you can very lightly coat the wrappers with oil using a pastry brush. (Olive oil, vegetable oil, or sesame oil all work.) I have noticed, though, thatwhen brushed with oil, they can result in uneven browning. I've had the best results with cooking spray.Depending on your air fryer, the wonton chips can sometimes fly around the basket and/or curl. To prevent this, you can place a metal trivet/steamer on top of them to weigh them down and keep them in a single layer.
