Make them in the oven. If you don't have an air fryer, you can make these stuffed mushrooms in the oven instead. Just follow the directions as written, then bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Variations. Use a different cheese, like cheddar. Add some cooked diced bacon or stir in some cooked ground sausage. Make it spicy with diced jalapenos or red pepper flakes, and of course you can always adjust the seasoning to taste.
