Ingredients
17.5oz. package shelf-stable gnocchi(it is not boiled first)
2tbspolive oil
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
½tspdried oregano
½tspsmoked paprika
½tspcoarse salt
½tspblack pepper
pinchcayenne pepper
3tbspfreshly grated Parmesanplus more for garnish
fresh chopped parsleyfor garnish
marinara saucefor dipping
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss to coat.
Dump the seasoned gnocchi in the basket of your air fryer in an even layer (if your air fryer is smaller than 6 quarts, you’ll need to cook in 2 batches).
Preheat air fryer to 400°F then air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking every 5 minutes, so they crisp up on all sides. They’re done when puffy, golden, and crispy.
Transfer to a shallow serving bowl and garnish with a bit more Parmesan and chopped parsley. Enjoy with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
