Equipment
Air Fryer
1-inch biscuit cutter
Ingredients
16oz.tube refrigerated jumbo flaky layers biscuits(such as Pillsbury Grands!)
coconut oil cooking spray
1cuppowdered sugar
2tbspwhole milk
1tspvanilla
sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Separate the biscuits and place them on a flat surface. Use a 1-inch round biscuit cutter to cut holes out of the center of each biscuit.
Lightly coat air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place 3-4 donuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch one another.
Air fry for about 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until lightly golden. Turn out onto a baking tray lined with a wire rack and allow to cool. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.
In the meantime, make the glaze: Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl. (If glaze is too thick, add a bit more milk. If it’s too thin, add more powdered sugar.)
Remove donuts from Air Fryer and allow to cool, then dip in the glaze, followed by the sprinkles.
Allow the glaze to set and enjoy!

Notes
All air fryers are different! I would suggest doing a test run with just one biscuit donut and then adjusting the time/temp, if necessary. Just like ovens, cooking times can vary.
No biscuit cutter? Buy an inexpensive set or use a clean bottle cap in a pinch.
Try a cinnamon-sugar topping instead of the glaze: use ½ cup sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon, and 4 tbsp unsalted butter. Remove donuts from fryer, dip in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar to coat.
Make donut holes: Save the center holes you punch out of the biscuits and make donut holes! Reduce the cooking time by half.
