croissant, chicken, red grapes, green apple(serve with a container of mayonnaise)
Reuben
rye bread, corned beef, swiss cheese, cabbage(serve with a container of Thousand Island dressing)

toasted white bread, iceberg lettuce, ham, turkey, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, white cheddar(serve with a container of mayonnaise)
Muffuletta
focaccia, ham, salami, mozzarella, olive, red bell pepper(serve with a container of Italian vinaigrette)
Philly Cheesesteak
hoagie roll, roast beef, provolone, green pepper, onion, mushroom(serve with a container of mayonnaise)
Lox and Bagel
bagel, lox, lettuce, tomato(serve with a container of dill cream cheese)

Instructions
Simply prep the ingredients into bite size pieces and skewer onto a lollipop stick. (Seems like two of each ingredient on a total of two 6-inch lollipop sticks would be a sufficient lunch, but you know your kid better than I do. Customize to your liking!)
Serve with the appropriate sauce.
