Ingredients
1/4cupbutter, melted
3tablespoonsDijon mustard
1 1/2tablespoonshoney
1/4cupplain dried bread crumbs
1/4cupfinely chopped pecans
4teaspoonschopped fresh parsley
4(6 ounce)salmon fillets
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/8teaspoonblack pepper
1lemon, cut into small wedges, for garnish on the side
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, which together the butter, mustard, and honey.
In medium bowl, stir together the bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.
Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet and season each fillet with salt and pepper. Brush with the honey-mustard mixture, then sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture, pressing down slightly to adhere.
Bake until the salmon easily flakes with a fork, about 12-15 minutes (time will vary based on the size and thickness of the fillets.)
