Shamrock Wonton Crackers
These Shamrock Wonton Crackers are a fun, delicious and healthy 3-ingredient snack for St. Patrick’s Day, without any green dye!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Using a 2 1/2-inch shamrock cookie cutter, punch out shapes from each wonton wrapper. Place on the baking sheets; brush with pesto and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Bake for about 8 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
These can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
