Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sandwiches

Crumbled sausage, hardboiled eggs, and a sweet and spicy sauce come together to make an easy and out of this world breakfast sandwich!

  • Prepare sausage patties according to package directions. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then crumble into big pieces.
  • Spread the remoulade sauce evenly on all 4 rolls. Top with sausage and egg. Sprinkle with the parsley. Drizzle with a wee bit of Sriracha, if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
