These Peach Parfaits only require 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep for an easy and healthy breakfast or afternoon snack!
Servings: 1
  • 1 container (5 ounce) Greek peach yogurt
  • 1/2 cup DOLE Jarred Fruit Sliced Peaches , diced
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled sliced almonds (or granola)
  1. Spoon half of the yogurt into the bottom of a small tumbler. Top with half of the peaches. Repeat layer one more time, ending with the almonds. Eat cold and enjoy!
