Ingredients
  • 5.3 ounce container plain Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup 2% milk
  • 2/3 cup regular rolled oats (not instant or quick cooking)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, oats, chia seeds, and jam. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  2. Divide mixture between 2 half-pint mason jars with lids. Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. To serve, enjoy right from the jar or transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with some sliced almonds.
Recipe Notes
  1. You can use almond milk instead of 2% cow's milk.
  2. You can swap out the chia seeds for flaxseeds.
  3. Drizzle with a little maple syrup for added flavor.
  4. Oatmeal can be kept in refrigerator up to 3 days.
