Peppercorn and Garlic Pork Roast with Blackberry Sauce
Pork sirloin is marinated in peppercorn and garlic seasonings, roasted to perfection, and served with a sweet and tangy blackberry sauce!

1(23 ounce) Smithfield Marinated Peppercorn and Garlic Pork Sirloin
1tablespoonlow-sodium soy sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place pork on a rack in a shallow pan; roast for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature in the thickest part reaches 145 degrees F. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
While the pork rests, puree the remaining ingredients in a blender or small food processor until smooth.
Serve sauce over pork with some grilled vegetables!
