Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 8 ounce tube Pillsbury crescent seamless dough sheet*
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a non-stick mini muffin tin with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
  3. Layout your dough, longer side toward you. Brush with the butter. Sprinkle with the brown sugar mixture.
  4. Roll into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place mini cinnamon rolls into your mini muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 13 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, whisk together maple syrup and milk in a bowl. Add in powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

If you cannot find the seamless dough, then just buy an 8 ounce tube regular crescent roll dough and pinch the seams together; smooth out slightly with a rolling pin.
