extra-virgin olive oil

balsamic vinegar


dijon mustard

fresh garlic

kosher salt & pepper

dried thyme


Put all the ingredients in a jar, fasten lid securely, and shake vigorously until the dressing is fully emulsified, thickened, and smooth.
