This tangy balsamic vinaigrette dressing will jazz up your salad, roasted vegetables, and fresh fruit, and takes only minutes to make.
Ingredients
extra-virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
honey
dijon mustard
fresh garlic
kosher salt & pepper
dried thyme
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a jar, fasten lid securely, and shake vigorously until the dressing is fully emulsified, thickened, and smooth.
