Boneless pork chops
Garlic & Onion Powder
Kosher Salt & Pepper
Fresh Parsley, optional

Cook Time: 8 Minutes
Plate or Tray
Season 1/2-inch thick boneless pork chops with salt and pepper.
Dredge in seasoned flour
Dredge the chops in a mixture of flour, garlic powder, and onion powder. Shake off excess.
Dredge in seasoned egg
Dredge the floured chops in a mixture of beaten egg, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let any excess egg drip off.
Dredge in seasoned breadcrumbs
Dredge the chops in a mixture of Italian breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400º F. Spray the basket with cooking spray and place as many pork chops that will comfortably fit without touching.
Air fry for 8 minutes total, flipping and spraying the tops halfway through, until an internal temperature of 145°F.
Air fryers are all similar, but just like ovens, cooking times can vary. I suggest doing a test run with just 1 pork chop and then adjust the time/temp, if necessary.
