Happy Wednesday, friends!
So, remember how I practically came unglued over television? Well, I found something else to watch while I’m running. Yay!
You know a TV show is good when it doesn’t align with your own ideology, you couldn’t care less about the main subject, and it’s geared toward a younger crowd….and yet, you still love it.
Dorothy turned me onto Friday Night Lights. And I was hooked in the first 10 minutes. Now, I’m already halfway through the first season. EEP.
Anyway, what about these sandwiches???
Just processing the pictures for this post, made me want them again. I’ve made them several times now. SO GOOD!
Prepare the easy remoulade sauce the day before and these can be whipped up in 15 minutes. Also delicious for lunch and dinner << like so many breakfast foods.
I seriously could just live off of breakfast food.
Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sandwiches
- Prepare sausage patties according to package directions. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then crumble into big pieces.
- Spread the remoulade sauce evenly on all 4 rolls. Top with sausage and egg. Sprinkle with the parsley. Drizzle with a wee bit of Sriracha, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
