The most popular recipes made in 2017, plus family favorites!
Ah, it’s that time again – when I look through my website analytics and see what recipes garnered the most attention this past year. Always fun! They rarely surprise me because they’re usually some of my favorites, too. But with 365 days and so many yummy recipes, I’m also highlighting some of my family’s beloved ones that didn’t get the attention they deserved.
Another delicious year in the books!
This Cowboy Pasta Salad was crazy popular with over 17 million views and hundreds of people who actually made it and loved it!
This Coconut Cream Pie Dip is just dreamy. I could eat this with a spoon.
Chuck Wagon Stew is pure comfort food, perfect on a cold and dreary day.
Omg, this Caramel Apple Sheet Cake. Dangerous.
Ya, these Blueberry Lemon Scones are pretty much the bomb and one of my favorite things to make on the weekends.
I love this Italian Chopped Salad so much, I make it all year long.
Crazy easy and delish Cheesy Corn Dip! Perfect for parties and game day get togethers.
These Chewy Snickerdoodle Cookie Bars have become my go-to for parties and gatherings. My absolute favorite homemade cookie in bar form. Same awesomeness, but so much easier.
This Old Fashioned Potato Candy brought back some wonderful childhood memories for so many people!
Easy Chicken Piccata – such an easy chicken dish, with such amazing results.
Food bloggers always have an endless list of recipe ideas to try, so we don’t often get to revisit the same one several times. But these are all recipes I make frequently – new family favorites this year!
1 – Quick and Easy One-Bowl Blueberry Muffins – the only blueberry muffins I ever make and my kids’ favorite.
2 – Chopped Cheeseburger Sliders – this fulfills our cravings for McDonalds without actually having to go there. Lol. They’re so good.
3 – No-Bake Rocky Road Avalanche Bars – crack. These are basically crack.
4 – Orange-Balsamic Shrimp Pasta – I can’t say enough about the sauce that coats this pasta dish. My daughter, who doesn’t care for shrimp, never complains.
5 – Potato and Apple Home Fries – only about 1/3 of the actual ingredients make it out of the pan onto a plate. Can’t stop eating this. Won’t stop.
6 – Spanakopita Muffin Cups – Spanakopita was how I got my kids to fall in love with spinach. These are the mini, portable version and we all love them!
7 – Sweet & Spicy Chicken Sliders – everyone loves these. There’s such a crazy mix of ingredients, but they all work together incredibly well.
8 – Lazy Day Slow Cooker Barbecue Brisket – it’s not called “lazy” for no reason. SO EASY. And SO GOOD.
9 – Meatball and Rice Skillet – meatballs and rice and pretty much my favorites things, so it’s no surprise how much I love them together.
10 – Hoisin Pork and Cashew Stir-Fry – no list of mine would ever be complete without an Asian dish. Too many to count, but this was my new love in 2018.
I’m putting these two under honorable mentions because they’re too new to be considered popular, but I guarantee they both will be!
Sheet Pan Pancakes – best thing since sliced bread. Trust me.
Wild Rice Stuffed Salmon – CRAZY delicious. If you love salmon, you have to make this.
