Tada! It’s the big reveal! Very Culinary is now Belly Full.
I know I have a lot of long-time, loyal readers who are very attached to Very Culinary, and sorry to see it go. But I assure you I haven’t gone away. I am still the same Amy, and will still be sharing the same family anecdotes and great food.
To read more about the decision to rebrand, you can go here. But in a nutshell, Belly Full suits me better. It’s fun and whimsical, and better encompasses all the things that bring me joy – food, of course. But also family, animals, running, and funny things!
One of the things that my readers have told me time and time again over the years is how much they love the uncluttered nature of Very Culinary, and how easy it was to navigate. Well, Belly Full is no different! This brand new design (and new mobile view), thanks to the talented Sarah of Snixy Kitchen, is even more simplified.
I recommend visiting the new site on a desktop computer to see it in all its glory – explore the menus, sidebars, and familiarize yourself with everything.
WITH THIS NEW SITE AND REDESIGN COMES A FEW HOUSEKEEPING NOTES:
Links: All links, including recipe links, will automatically redirect from www.veryculinary.com to www.bellyfull.net. If you run into technical issues or find broken links today or in the coming weeks, please let me know!
Social Media: To support the new name and redesign, all of my social media handles will be updated as well. If you’re already following the blog on Pinterest, Instagram, and/or Twitter, you’ve probably already noticed the name change. Facebook is the one exception, where the merging of pages can take a few weeks.
Email/RSS Feed: If you are subscribed to receive new posts via email or RSS, this will update automatically (in fact, you should have received this post!). No need to re-subscribe or change your preferences.
While most of the old features are still in tact, there are a few new ones that I love…
TOP MENU TABS:
If you hover over RECIPES, I’ve given you a quick selection of some of the more popular categories. Click on those links to get to the particular recipes.
If you actually click on RECIPES, that will take you to an extended list of categories that are popular.
aaaand if you click on CATEGORIES, you will get the full list!
At the bottom of each new post, you will find a related posts feature, which will suggest similar recipes you might be interested in. Simply click on the image or recipe name to open that recipe post in a new tab. It’s that easy.
If you’re looking for non-recipe pages, you can now find them in the new top menu tab called “ON THE SIDE”
Thank you, everyone. Thank you for sticking with me, supporting the new site, and your patience! I’m really excited and hope you are, too!
