Me: Remember when we did that 30-day no snack challenge last year??
Me: Want to try it again??
Paul: *laughs hysterically* You wouldn’t last 2 days.
He knows me so well.
I love a good cracker. Even more so than a potato chip.
Triscuit are a favorite…and I’m working with them today!
“Come up with a 3-ingredient topping,” they said. “It’ll be easy,” they said.
The problem was…I eat Triscuit all the time and I had too many ideas!
But now that our backyard is newly landscaped, the pool is done, and the weather has shifted, I’ve been eating lighter. Gotta get back in a bathing suit! EEP.
So I decided to highlight a refreshing no-bake snack option: Cottage cheese, slice of pear, a drizzle of honey, and a grind of black pepper. (Oh wait, thats four. But pepper doesn’t count, right? I mean, everyone has pepper…)
Anyway, this is my favorite combo. The sweet simple flavors pair perfectly with the saltiness and delicate nature of a Triscuit. (Suggested serving size is two topped crackers per person.)
Triscuit crackers can be enjoyed all on their own, or with anything – they’re like the perfect blank canvas where the possibilities are endless. What 3 ingredients would you top them with?
Triscuit believes in simple things coming together to create something more. Whether it’s just three ingredients on a Triscuit or about life, we believe that you (and Triscuit) are “Made for More”.
