The classic gratin gets a makeover in these Swiss and Dill Muffin Cup Potato Stacks. Thinly sliced potatoes are tossed with cream and dill, stacked in muffin tins for individual portions, then sprinkled with swiss cheese which gets all gooey from being baked!
You guys! I took my favorite Thanksgiving Gruyère gratin and switched it up for St. Patrick’s Day. Also adapted it for any weeknight. The muffin cups make it fun, but also pre-determine an individual serving. Because, let me tell you…you’re going to want to eat all of them. They’re ridiculous.
