I’ve been sort of on a taco kick lately. It all started with my grilled fish tacos. Which were soon followed by a bunch of others – slow cooked Carnitas tacos, breakfast tacos, traditional ground beef tacos. What else you gonna do with 50 tortillas to spare and unused coleslaw that’s about to go bad?
All were good. But then I made these Asian Chicken Tacos and the story was over, friends. They’re a big time keeper!
